Surgeon's Loop

The Surgeon's Loop is a very strong knot that is used to attach a swivel, hook or lure to the line with almost 100% knot strength. I always use it to attach a swivel to my main line, and then attach lures or a leader with baithook to the snap swivel. This makes it easy to change lures or bait without retying any knots.
